An interesting, little known, 80 year old building with a delightful garden, situated in the centre of Radlett.

Organisations/Activities currently using the facilities:Literature Classes, School of Dance, Baby Clinic, Talking Newspaper, Art Classes, Ancient Order of Foresters, Bridge Club, Yoga and Keep Fit.

General	HALL measuring approximately 6.25m x 14.00m x 2.56m high with the use of tables and chairs; also KITCHEN (including cups and saucers). Toilets include facilities for disabled people. There is a lovely GARDEN which can be used for plays, parties, etc.
Hire Charges	Morning: 9.00 am to 1.00 pm	£ 45.00
	Afternoon: 2.00 pm to 5.30 pm	£ 45.00
	Evening: 6.30 pm to 10.00 pm	£ 65.00
	For weekly usage : Hire charge to be negotiated at much reduced rates.

Availability	For one-offs, and for booking in the school holidays, contact Christine Boon, Resident Caretaker. Weekends - readily available for one-off bookings such as for Children's parties (up to the age of 12 years old). We currently have availability for permanent bookings on Tuesday and Thursday evenings after 4 pm.
